As a licensed clinical psychologist, I tailor therapy for each person. I also stay up to date on treatment and research. Some evidence-based, culturally responsive tools I may blend into your treatment include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Disability-Affirmative Therapy (D-AT), psychodynamic, Seeking Safety, Skills Training in Affective & Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR), Time Limited Dynamic Therapy (TLDP), Unified Protocol (UP), and informed brain-behavior relationships. I also embrace traditional ways of healing. In short, I utilize various modalities to provide you thoughtful care and one that is appropriate for your situation.
With regards to professional consulting for companies, I have consulted with start ups and large companies on user research, survey design, advisement on risk and ethical precautions into innovative technology products, and many more.
